Reach the producers of the raw materials and products your business needs in Turkey — with efficient use of resources, competitive prices and technical & risk analysis of the cost-benefit balance, so you select the right supplier with confidence.
Purchasing consulting begins with the investigation of the suppliers of the raw materials and products you need. In addition to the in-house company database of our procurement office, we quickly obtain supplier lists using various sources. Once the lists are created, negotiations are opened with suppliers on the requested commodity, technical procurement details are provided by the buyer, and initial supplier vetting begins.
While negotiations run, intelligence work is carried out on the supplier — financial balance sheets, production capacity and personnel adequacy are examined, and feasibility reports are prepared to ensure the smooth progress of your selection process. Alongside technical procurement talks, commercial negotiations are also conducted: price, delivery time, delivery method and requested payment method are agreed and carried into the contract.
Turkey is on its way to becoming the manufacturing base of the world — higher quality at almost the same price as far countries, and supply to European countries within 24 hours thanks to its geopolitical position. The sourcing agent prevents loss of time and money through its cost-benefit approach. Once a supplier is selected, ongoing production oversight, quality inspection and logistics coordination continue under our Supply Chain Management service.
Planning, coordinating and overseeing your supplier relationships, purchasing programs and logistics operations on an ongoing basis — the continuous work of keeping your entire supply base, production quality and delivery flow running smoothly as your business grows.
Once suppliers are selected through our Sourcing Agent service, supply chain management takes over the ongoing relationship. We monitor supplier performance against agreed terms, track capacity and financial stability over time, and manage the addition, replacement or expansion of suppliers as your needs change — coordinating across the full supplier base rather than managing each relationship in isolation.
For goods that go through a manufacturing process, we follow production from start to finish: on-site process checks during manufacturing, quality control testing against the technical specifications in your contract, and immediate reporting if a delay or non-conformance arises. Before goods ship, we carry out final inspection and audit — checking the finished product, verifying packing, and confirming compliance with the transport method and applicable international rules.
As purchasing scales beyond a single order, we manage RFQs and quote comparisons across your supplier base, coordinate purchase orders across multiple suppliers and geographies, and track lead times so risks — capacity constraints, delivery slippage — are flagged before they become disruptions. Where several suppliers feed one production timeline, we synchronize schedules so procurement supports your operations rather than bottlenecking them.
We coordinate freight and shipping arrangements, manage customs documentation for both origin and destination, and track shipments from pickup to arrival. If documentation issues arise we contact the relevant authority directly and follow the correction through, managing the handoffs between suppliers, customs brokers and freight forwarders end to end.
Supplier performance, production quality, procurement and logistics are usually treated as separate problems with no one owning the full picture — that is where risk and cost creep in. Supply chain management brings them under a single, ongoing strategy managed by engineers who understand how a decision in one area ripples into the others. Manufacturers, importers, exporters and any business looking to professionalize and de-risk its supply chain over time can benefit.
Planning and executing the commercial activities of foreign private or legal persons who wish to do business in Turkey — a liaison office without leaving your country.
Your commercial representative analyzes the business environment you target in Turkey before carrying out any commercial activity, and prepares a road map showing the steps and workflows ahead. Detailed studies cover company formation, human resource planning and tax calculations; as per the scope of Contract Management, the contracts required are prepared in accordance with Turkish law, and the budget and costs of the investment are calculated at this stage.
Your representative then carries out the activities defined during planning — setting up the agreed structure, managing early-stage operations, and keeping your business running in Turkey without requiring your continuous presence. Once operations are underway, continuity is maintained by monitoring for risks before they arise and managing recovery and improvement if unforeseen issues occur. Progress or annual reports are prepared as often as requested.
Turkey's young population, manufacturing capacity and position at the crossroads of Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia make it one of the most accessible large markets to enter from abroad. Where your business also needs suppliers or ongoing supply chain support in Turkey, this is coordinated directly with our Sourcing Agent and Supply Chain Management services. In effect, a commercial representative gives you a Turkey liaison office without leaving your own country — reducing structuring costs and risk. Anyone wishing to enter the Turkish market — buying, selling, renting or setting up a company — can benefit.
International commercial contracts, prepared by experienced lawyers to protect your interests within the framework of international law.
The parties who wish to establish a commercial relationship are listened to carefully and every point of potential dispute is examined. Depending on the nature of the relationship, a contract-preparation service is provided and the international commercial contract is communicated to the parties, with each side's authorities and responsibilities clearly notified and accepted in writing before drafting begins.
International commercial contracts are declarations of will that create, amend or terminate rights and obligations between authorized parties, within the framework of international rules and applicable law. Each country has its own legal system and judicial order, so determining which law governs — and which law best protects your interests — is a critical decision in any two- or multi-party contract. Contracts vary widely: the preparation of a Purchase and Sales Agreement is one of the highest-responsibility stages of any commercial activity, and small details left unaddressed on a standard printed contract can create serious exposure for either party. The suppliers you select through Sourcing Agent, and the ongoing procurement and logistics relationships managed under Supply Chain Management, are all secured with contract management.
Any person or legal entity who wants to enter into a contract and establish a commercial relationship can benefit from our contract management activity.
We manage your projects from your ideas to end results, assigning a consultant-lead who drives the change from orientation to implementation.
We study your corporate identity, structure and goals to reveal exactly what your trade needs.
We build detailed road maps, budgets and timelines — every solution planned to the last detail.
We execute sourcing, representation and trade operations while managing risk and reporting.
We secure delivery, payments and contracts — turning your company into an international player.
We carry out your foreign trade consulting through our commercial representation and cooperation across key markets.
With export coaching we support all your activities in these countries, and we evaluate your international trade contracts within the scope of Contract Management — so your company ceases to be local and becomes an effective player in international markets.
